  • •Manage, coach, and grow a team of data engineers, including regular 1:1s and career development
  • •Partner with Product, Data Science, and Cloud leadership to define the data platform vision and quarterly OKRs
  • •Participate in design reviews and ensure scalable, maintainable architectures (data lakes, warehouses, ETL frameworks)
  • •Drive operational excellence through CI/CD, data quality monitoring/observability, and incident management
  • •Lead hiring and act as the primary point of contact for data stakeholders across the company
