•Manage, coach, and grow a team of data engineers, including regular 1:1s and career development
•Partner with Product, Data Science, and Cloud leadership to define the data platform vision and quarterly OKRs
•Participate in design reviews and ensure scalable, maintainable architectures (data lakes, warehouses, ETL frameworks)
•Drive operational excellence through CI/CD, data quality monitoring/observability, and incident management
•Lead hiring and act as the primary point of contact for data stakeholders across the company
