Serve as Applied Materials’ direct liaison with customers by installing, maintaining, and upgrading semiconductor process equipment. Use digital analytics and basic diagnostic techniques to troubleshoot technical issues and guide customer operations. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance across electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems, while coordinating and communicating with customers to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service. Positions support Etch, Deposition, Metrology/Inspection, Ion Implant, Epitaxy, and related processes.
