Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive sales strategy, pipeline, and account agenda for community banks and credit unions across the West region (AK, WA, OR, CA, HI).
  • •Identify strategic opportunities through client engagement, understand customer needs, and deliver Visa value to financial institutions and their members/clients.
  • •Serve as the face of Visa in the market—driving thought leadership, vision, and engagement with industry associations.
  • •Master CRM tools to manage territory and pipeline, continuously reviewing market and competitive landscapes to recommend new approaches.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 8+ years with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD), or 3+ years with a PhD.
  • •Proven record of exceeding goals with strong solution sales execution and ability to close complex commercial agreements.
  • •Demonstrated experience navigating consultant and contract negotiations, including explaining critical contract terms.
  • •Strong customer-facing communication and executive presence, comfortable presenting to the C-suite and managing relationships.
  • •Ability to travel for client meetings and industry conferences.
