Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute the engineering department’s strategic capital plan aligned to company goals.
  • •Lead capital planning and execution, including portfolio execution planning, financial forecasting, and reporting.
  • •Establish and maintain engineering capital project management systems from idea generation to post-investment review.
  • •Oversee project delivery including procurement, FAT/SAT, commissioning and qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), and vertical startup.
  • •Mentor and develop site engineering teams; provide training and foster a safety-conscious, continuous-improvement culture.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline or related field.
