Head of IBM Z Mexico, Core Enterprise Platforms

Lead and manage teams supporting the day-to-day operations of the IBM Z platform in Mexico, a critical system for core banking, global payments, and mobile banking services. Own IBM Z hardware/software, storage, network, performance, OLTP and middleware (including CICS, DB2, and zCEE), ensuring operational resiliency, observability, security, and compliance. Oversee deployments, incidents, monitoring, change management, stakeholder alignment, risk remediation, and cross-domain collaboration—while working closely with IBM Z global teams to deliver platform objectives.
