Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide L1 operational support for Wealth Management platforms and applications, including incident triage, troubleshooting, and resolution of service requests.
  • •Monitor production applications, APIs, and batch jobs using tools like APV, Catchpoint, and Dynatrace; perform smoke tests and validate releases.
  • •Analyze application, server, and database logs and handle operational health checks and service restorations.
  • •Coordinate with Development, Infrastructure, Database, and upstream/downstream application teams; escalate complex issues to L2/L3 with proper communication and tracking.
  • •Manage job scheduling platforms (e.g., Control-M), maintain DR documentation, and support deployments, data backup/management, and off-hours coverage (including weekends).

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of experience in a technical, business-facing role within a financial institution or similar.
  • •Knowledge of ITSM, including ITIL processes.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical issues in layman’s terms.
  • •Solid technical background in production support and incident/problem/change management.
  • •Hands-on skills with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and SQL (Oracle/SQL Server/PostgreSQL).
