Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with the team leader/project manager and customer to understand on-site installation and repair requirements by forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
  • •Act as the direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by identifying, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems in a commercial environment.
  • •Use software/technology and hand tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
  • •Maintain safety standards and record use, wear, and conditions while supporting occasional overtime, weekends, and overnight stays as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations in the prior 3 years.
