Senior Industrial Mechanic

Serve as a working lead on the shop floor to ensure mechanical systems run reliably, efficiently, and safely. Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heavy industrial equipment in a heavy industrial mill environment, while coaching and mentoring other craft personnel. Partner with the Maintenance Coordinator and Maintenance Planner to execute work to established standards and follow work management processes, with a focus on minimizing downtime.
