Key Responsibilities

•Define strategy and build roadmaps for new verticals, collaborating with product, engineering, ML, design, and operations.
•Own the ground truth AI platform’s operational engine, designing systems that ingest real-time in-store data and translate it into product experiences.
•Lead a cross-functional pod to scale the platform from a nascent state to covering a majority of non-restaurant GMV, managing thousands of stores and multiple data sources.
•Analyze operational and financial impacts of decisions, iterate based on data, and influence inventory accuracy, Dasher pick time, catalog, and pricing.
•Be a visible leader who thrives in ambiguity, owning metrics and making tradeoffs to drive customer experience and business growth.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in high-performance environments (tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or related) and 2+ years of people leadership experience.
•Bachelor’s degree; MBA is a plus.
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull data in SQL and build models in Excel.
•Experience owning metrics with multi-input attribution and partnering with ML and engineering on technical tradeoffs; prior experience in marketplace ops, fulfillment, or data-intensive platforms is a plus.
•Ability to translate complex, multi-stakeholder tradeoffs into clear decisions and action in a hybrid, ambiguous startup environment.
