Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute battery and charger validation and reliability tests safely and consistently, from setup/fixture integration through completion.
  • •Maintain test readiness and equipment uptime across thermal chambers, power supplies, data acquisition systems, wiring, relays, and test-control equipment.
  • •Produce accurate, traceable test data and clear test reports for timely engineering decisions.
  • •Identify and document test, equipment, and hardware failures with enough technical detail to support troubleshooting and root cause investigation.
  • •Improve test repeatability and lab readiness by maintaining equipment, updating procedures, supporting test profile changes, and keeping setups organized and reliable.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of hands-on experience in battery testing, hardware testing, or laboratory operations.
  • •Associate degree in an engineering or technical discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • •Experience operating and troubleshooting lab/test equipment such as power supplies, thermal chambers, data acquisition systems, wiring, relays, or test-control systems.
  • •Ability to interpret test plans/specifications, configure test setups, collect data, and identify issues during execution.
