Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, design, and execute QA/QC activities across application and digital projects.
  • •Develop and maintain test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
  • •Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing across workflows, APIs, and data flows.
  • •Validate automation solutions and support testing of AI-enabled features, including verifying AI outputs against business requirements.
  • •Track and follow up defects through resolution, perform root-cause analysis, support UAT, and conduct regression testing before releases.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of QA/QC or software testing experience across application and digital projects.
  • •Strong experience with functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testing.
  • •Good understanding of SDLC, defect management, and QA methodologies.
  • •Experience testing APIs, integrations, workflows, and digital platforms, with exposure to AI/automation projects.
