Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery.
  • •Analyze, track, and manage critical milestones to avoid schedule slips and forecast key project milestones.
  • •Verify project governance, processes, and systems, and ensure application of best practices.
  • •Produce formal project status reports and other required reporting; independently review status reports, drawing submittals, timelines, and costs.
  • •Manage interfaces between suppliers and local design teams via monthly trackers, weekly reviews, regular meetings, and written communications, including rapid RFIs response.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5+ years of electrical project management experience, ideally in data center construction or with an electrical contractor.
  • •Experience with substation and power distribution systems preferred.
  • •Familiarity with MEP design and proficiency in the Data Center Commissioning Process (levels 1–5).
  • •Proficiency managing construction documents (BODs, specifications, contract drawings, C/D/E’s, equipment submittals, and RFIs) and using project management tools.
