Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Manufacturing Engineers across mechanical, electrical, system integration, and end-of-line test expertise.
  • •Lead product transition from concept to prototype, pilot, and full production with speed, scalability, and first-time quality.
  • •Provide daily sustaining support and real-time problem-solving for mechanical fitment, electrical/harnessing, and software/firmware issues.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams to drive design-for-manufacturing practices and support transitions from design through prototype to rate production.
  • •Own manufacturing documentation for scaled hardware production, manage make-versus-buy decisions with supply chain, and analyze metrics to reduce cost and improve capacity.
