Seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the go-to-market, positioning, and messaging for core phone products and integrated communications. You’ll partner with Growth, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to define personas, enable sales, craft lifecycle content, and drive revenue impact through feature launches, customer insights, and cross-functional GTM leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and own the end-to-end positioning and messaging for core use cases and the integrated communications suite.
•Lead GTM for every new feature or pricing change, including launch tiers, briefs, and communications calendar.
•Provide product marketing inputs to sales plays, user lifecycle, and CS enablement; review with Sales and CS on a biweekly cadence.
•Conduct Voice of the Customer activities with ICP users, generate case studies, and perform win/loss interviews to inform roadmap.
•Run weekly cross-functional GTM syncs with Growth, CS, and Product and contribute insights to near-term roadmap prioritization.

•4–7 years in product marketing, ideally in SMB or consumer SaaS with a self-serve checkout and light-touch sales motion
•Experience shipping GTM for features tied to revenue impact — not just awareness

•Excellent communicator and structured thinker; portfolio or sample launch plan is a plus
•Strong collaborator with an operator mindset: focus on outcomes, speed, and blockers
