Key Responsibilities

  • •Be responsible for the account management of distribution partners of Life Business in Hong Kong
  • •Grow the Life Business by widening the local distribution through prospecting new IFAs and brokers
  • •Manage assigned accounts and generate sales growth to achieve sales target
  • •Build and maintain good relationships with IFAs and brokers
  • •Closely work with Distribution Support team and Underwriting team on handling NB/complicated cases

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree with relevant sales and distribution experience in insurance/financial services
  • •Experience in IFA channel and/or distribution management in insurance is preferable
  • •Ambitious in business growth with proven track record to build strong connections with distribution channels
  • •Good understanding of financial and investment markets
  • •Good knowledge of traditional life insurance products, as well as ILAS, and basic underwriting principles
