Key Responsibilities

•Be responsible for the account management of distribution partners of Life Business in Hong Kong
•Grow the Life Business by widening the local distribution through prospecting new IFAs and brokers
•Manage assigned accounts and generate sales growth to achieve sales target
•Build and maintain good relationships with IFAs and brokers
•Closely work with Distribution Support team and Underwriting team on handling NB/complicated cases

Key Requirements

•Bachelor degree with relevant sales and distribution experience in insurance/financial services
•Experience in IFA channel and/or distribution management in insurance is preferable
•Ambitious in business growth with proven track record to build strong connections with distribution channels
•Good understanding of financial and investment markets
•Good knowledge of traditional life insurance products, as well as ILAS, and basic underwriting principles
