Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead operational execution and continuous improvement for the Magenta organization, establishing governance, planning, workflow, and team effectiveness practices for consistent execution.
  • •Own and evolve the Magenta operating model, including intake, prioritization, planning cadence, governance routines, documentation standards, and cross-functional ways of working.
  • •Create and maintain portfolio operations practices to improve visibility into priorities, work in progress, dependencies, risks, team capacity, and portfolio health.
  • •Drive adoption of tools, standards, templates, and ways of working across the organization to ensure sustained operational improvements (Wrike, Jira, Confluence, Figma).
  • •Oversee Magenta software and services procurement/renewals, manage budgets and spending visibility, and track/report operational metrics to support leadership decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of operations, program operations, business operations, or portfolio operations experience, preferably in digital product, technology, UX/UI, or related environments.
  • •Experience designing and improving operating models, governance structures, planning cadences, and workflow standards across matrixed teams.
  • •Proven ability to drive operational consistency and adoption of new processes, tools, templates, and ways of working across cross-functional organizations.
  • •Strong experience supporting digital product development and UX/UI workflows, including website delivery and digital platform execution.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred (candidates with relevant experience considered).
