Key Responsibilities

•Lead, manage and develop project teams on large projects or programmes, ensuring delivery to client objectives and contractual requirements.
•Oversee project controls, financial performance, risk management, and health/safety/quality/environmental management across the project lifecycle.
•Build and maintain long-term trusted advisor relationships with clients and partner organisations, coordinating with stakeholders across multiple teams.
•Demonstrate strong problem-solving and numerical skills to translate complex problems into deliverable solutions.
•Plan, communicate, and coordinate multiple work streams, including effective communication with senior client representatives.

Key Requirements

•Experience delivering flood risk management and/or environmental outcomes projects typically between £2m to £15m.
•Experience procuring and managing NEC contracts (PSC/ECC) and working as a named Service Manager or Project Manager under the contract.
•Experience in commercial management and working with commercial functions.
•Experience working within multi-disciplinary teams, managing contractors, consultants and other advisors on infrastructure projects.
•Degree or HND in a management, construction or infrastructure-related subject, or equivalent experience; professional affiliation with APM/ICE/CIWEM or similar; PM certification (APM/PRINCE2/MSP); NEC PM accreditations; CDM awareness.
