Job Summary

Lead the design, development and delivery of AMP, Autodesk’s next generation AI/ML platform, overseeing software and ML engineers to build scalable agentic AI features across Autodesk products. Drive technical strategy, architecture, and execution, coordinating with product management, data science, data, and cloud infrastructure to deliver high-performance AI/ML systems in cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the strategy for development and deployment of AI/ML solutions
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, data science, data, and cloud infrastructure to define and execute the AI/ML platform roadmap
•Provide guidance to the design and architecture of scalable, reliable, and efficient AI/ML systems and drive critical technology decisions
•Drive the execution of the platform strategy following agile methodologies and best practices in software development, code quality, and security standards
•Actively participate in coding reviews and problem-solving alongside your team

Key Requirements

•BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MS preferred)
•12+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years as a technical lead or Software Architect
•Proven experience leading and mentoring software and ML engineering teams
•Experience designing, building and running scalable, high-performance systems on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
•Experience building and deploying AI models using AWS SageMaker, Bedrock or Azure Machine Learning
