Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver sourcing assignments that may include supporting executive search, talent mapping/pooling, succession planning, or open roles.
  • •Proactively source, screen, and build talent pools via internal databases, LinkedIn, and external job boards/open web searching.
  • •Develop and execute sourcing plans for specific assignments and contribute to improving sourcing capability and effectiveness.
  • •Draft offer letters, manage onboarding activities, and support recruiters with operational aspects of hiring.
  • •Initiate and monitor pre-employment vetting progress, track market/competitor trends relevant to stakeholders, and support recruitment campaigns and hiring-manager workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree holder from a UGC-recognised university, with mark sheets and degree/provisional certificate.
  • •Fresh graduates within 0–5 years of completing their Bachelor’s degree can apply.
  • •No prior Govt. regulated Apprenticeship.
  • •Basic knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing.
  • •Strong communication, interpersonal, facilitation, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
