Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and maintain heavy equipment (e.g., skid steers, graders, compactors, water trucks, reclaimers, bulldozers) for soil stabilization and surface preparation.
  • •Assess subgrade and base layers, apply treatments, and execute stabilization processes (including lime, chat, or fly ash mixing and spreading).
  • •Install and compact base layers using aggregate materials; finish grade and smooth top layers per site plans and blueprints.
  • •Travel to job sites and adapt to changing weather and schedules while delivering professional, efficient field work.
  • •Follow OSHA/DOT and company safety guidelines; perform daily equipment inspections, complete field reports, and coordinate with supervisors and project managers.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment in construction, roadwork, or site stabilization.
