Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate offshore crew recruitment activities including interviews, reference checks, medicals, PPE, payroll, and onboarding documentation following HR policies.
  • •Develop, maintain, and manage offshore personnel logistics rosters and ensure crew movements are accurately recorded.
  • •Book and coordinate helicopter, travel, accommodation, transfers, and associated logistics for offshore personnel, including international vessel crew logistics.
  • •Manage mobilization travel logistics for crew traveling to and from the site, and coordinate PPE issuance.
  • •Update and maintain offshore HR files, visa database, tax spreadsheets, and personnel logistics databases; coordinate visas, tax briefings, and pre-project training logistics.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum 3 years of HR / Crewing & Logistics experience.
  • •Oil & Gas offshore construction experience is essential.
  • •Excellent personal communication skills.
  • •Exposure to online crew management systems.
