Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience for Coach customers while meeting personal and store sales goals. Build lasting client relationships through product expertise and fashion advice, drive revenue via cross-selling and upselling, and use mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including transactions, cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and asset protection, while maintaining a high-energy, service-focused floor presence.
