Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes to keep the store clean, safe, inviting, and efficient.
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General Manager.
  • •Champion visual standards using business performance data and support sell-through through accurate inventory counts and labor coordination.
  • •Represent the business in meetings and calls, reviewing and monitoring budget, reporting, and metrics with the General Manager.
  • •Lead the Operations and Visual team through accountability, continuous coaching, development, scheduling, and succession planning.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
  • •Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • •Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • •Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
  • •Ability to lift, push, carry, and safely climb and move around the store, including up/down a ladder.
