Job Summary

Build and strengthen client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up, engaging customers in-person, by appointment, and virtually while supporting a digital-first experience. Assess client banking needs, recommend deposit and loan products, and educate customers on self-service digital tools. Provide an optimal client experience by greeting customers, processing basic transactions, opening accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications. Partner with branch teams and leverage resources and technologies to ensure accuracy and operational excellence.
