Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end design for core product areas, from discovery through implementation.
  • •Translate customer needs into intuitive experiences using research, competitor insights, and UX best practices.
  • •Lead user research, define measurable UX effectiveness/efficiency criteria, and guide other designers in applying insights.
  • •Own and evolve the design system and partner with engineering to ensure it’s implemented accurately and continuously improved.
  • •Reimagine and enhance the mobile app experience, ensuring parity and coherence with the web app, while mentoring designers and presenting demos to leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of product design experience with at least 3 years in a lead role.
