Key Responsibilities

  • •Build commodity cost forecasts (flash & budget) for all commodities from Personal systems, partnering with the Operations team.
  • •Analyze and explain deviations between actuals versus flash using complex financial analysis.
  • •Lead business initiatives and projects related to commodity costs, coordinating analysts across multiple finance sub-functions.
  • •Continuously improve financial modeling by identifying issues and proposing solutions.
  • •Mentor and provide guidance to analysts while collaborating cross-functionally and globally across geographies/organizations.

Key Requirements

  • •Four-year or graduate degree in Finance (or related discipline) or equivalent work experience demonstrated through competence.
  • •Typically 10+ years of work experience in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
  • •Ability to build and maintain highly accurate commodity cost forecasts and analyze purchase price variance, standard revaluation, and rebates.
  • •Highly complex financial analysis skills to explain deviations between actuals and flash.
  • •Strong communication and presentation skills with confidence across organizational boundaries.
