•Interpret complex business metrics to rapidly iterate and improve marketing strategy.
•Align with Product, Legal and Credits to ensure initiatives meet commercial objectives.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of proven experience leading Growth Marketing, Engagement or CRM campaigns in dynamic environments;
•Academic background in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Marketing or related fields;
•Proficiency in data analytics tools (SQL, BigQuery) and CRM platforms;
•Experience in financial services, mobile apps, or AI-enabled automation is desirable;
•Strong collaboration and communication skills with a data-driven mindset
