Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead full lifecycle executive recruiting for Director, Senior Director, Vice President, and executive-level positions.
  • •Partner with executive leadership to define talent strategies, organizational requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • •Build and execute proactive search strategies using direct sourcing, market mapping, networking, and executive talent pipelines.
  • •Conduct rigorous candidate assessments, including competency-based interviewing, executive referencing, and organizational fit analysis.
  • •Provide market insights and compensation intelligence, drive offer strategy and negotiations, and partner across HR and other stakeholders through hiring.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • •8+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including at least 5 years focused on executive or senior leadership recruitment.
  • •Demonstrated success recruiting Director-level and above leadership talent.
  • •Strong experience hiring executive leaders within Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, and/or Product Development.
  • •Proven ability to influence and advise senior executives and business leaders.
