Lead the campus as Head of School, driving Montessori education excellence while growing enrollment, hiring and developing teaching staff, and building a strong community among staff, parents, and children. Own campus strategy, culture, program delivery, and profitability targets, including managing the campus budget and partnering with the Assistant Head of School to meet enrollment goals. Bring strong early childhood leadership, communication, organization, and a commitment to the Montessori pedagogy.
