Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with the project team during the proposal process to ensure deadlines and reviews are completed.
  • •Support the project manager with internal communications, follow-up, and maintaining the project calendar (deliverables and QC deadlines).
  • •Assist with scheduling meetings (kick-offs, design reviews) and take and distribute meeting notes as required.
  • •Maintain project Smart Sheets and standard document file storage; track invoices and project payments and assist with reviewing project financial reports.
  • •Support compliance and project administration tasks, including tracking due dates, responding to RFI/submittals, and assisting with reviewing deliverables and managing scope/budget updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Familiarity with Smartsheet and/or Bluebeam is an advantage.
