Role sits at the intersection of business strategy and people strategy, shaping talent systems across InMobi Group (InMobi Ads, Glance AI) to accelerate Performance and Growth, Leadership development, and succession. You’ll design scalable leadership programs, own the Hi-Potential lifecycle, partner with stakeholders across geographies, and drive rapid, data-informed talent decisions in a fast-growing tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Re-shape how InMobi evaluates and differentiates performance by moving to a lightweight, continuous rhythm where teams act on real-time signals.
•Design and deliver leadership development experiences that are rigorous, experiential, and embedded in the ecosystem.
•Reshape career architecture, including role clarity and leveling frameworks, to enable internal mobility and sharper talent decisions.
•Own the lifecycle of flagship leadership programs (Hi-Potential and future leadership development) from identification to immersive experiences.
•Partner with InMobi Group and People COE to ensure coherent talent strategies across business units and geographies.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of progressive experience in HR, Talent Management, or Organizational Development, with at least 3+ years in a dedicated talent/OD role at a tech or high-growth company.
•Experience designing and delivering leadership development experiences and programs across multiple geographies.
•Proven track record leading end-to-end talent processes (performance management, talent reviews, succession) across an ecosystem.
•Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; able to craft strategy docs and employee communications for senior leaders.
•Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to drive initiatives with speed, influence, and AI-enabled approaches.
