Key Responsibilities

  • •Test video game titles and verify Japanese text, images, and voice-over components.
  • •Find translation, contextual, cultural, and other linguistic errors in localized game content.
  • •Report errors clearly in a bug-tracking database and/or a translation document.
  • •Provide resolutions for reported errors to improve linguistic and translated content.
  • •Follow terminology guidelines, cross-check issues with the team, and escalate problems to the Test Lead as needed.
