•Define and drive cross-border travel business strategy across regions, aligning execution with market and cross-functional leaders.
•Develop and deepen partnerships with merchants, travel co-brand partners, tourism boards, and digital players (e.g., Trip.com, Global Blue, Airlines, Hotels).
•Design and scale travel value propositions through offers, experiences, loyalty, benefits, and bespoke propositions for key issuers.
•Use customer analytics, market insights, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions and growth at scale.
•Partner with Marketing Services and Sponsorship teams to embed Travel into operating plans, supporting activation through joint marketing plans and measurement of promotional campaigns.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or at least 10 years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD), or a minimum of 5 years with a PhD.
•15+ years with a Bachelor’s degree or 12 years with an advanced degree, or PhD with 9+ years of experience.
•Proven strategic experience in a global organization focused on cross-border initiatives and/or consumer strategy.
•Strong understanding of international markets, customer segmentation, and value proposition development including business case development and go-to-market planning.
•Leadership and project management skills with a track record of delivering results, including exceptional analytical and communication abilities.
