Key Responsibilities

  • •Run shift handover and manage production start-up activities for the morning/evening shifts.
  • •Manage and optimize staffing to ensure production targets are achieved and exceeded each shift.
  • •Ensure workers strictly follow safety regulations and maintain sanitation/5S in the manufacturing area.
  • •Control machine running speed, monitor hourly output, and follow up to ensure orders are completed as planned.
  • •Investigate KPI shortfalls and develop action plans; coordinate with supervisors/related departments and report production activities hourly/daily.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma (Vocational) or higher in a technical field, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • •5+ years of directly related experience with 1+ year team leader or equivalent experience preferred.
  • •Able to work in shift.
  • •Strong production control and process innovation skills.
  • •Strong ability to lead, train, and coach a diverse team; plus familiarity with ELS Operating Principles.
