Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles directly to customers’ doors using custom car haulers.
  • •Frequently load/unload vehicles and regularly inspect the car hauler to ensure safe operation.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and include thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
  • •Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record according to Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
  • •Work the shift from 11 am to 9 pm with availability to work 7 days a week and rotating days off.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Perform physically demanding tasks including loading/unloading vehicles and detailing in indoor/outdoor conditions for extended periods.
  • •Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license; pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • •Have (or be able to obtain) a Notary in your local jurisdiction within the first 90 days and meet state-specific DMV/title and registration access requirements.
