Job Summary

Own and drive the roadmap for fintech payments within the consumer experience, partnering with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Product Analytics. Lead prioritization based on KPIs, define payment infrastructure strategy (processing, routing, network/gateway and alternative payment integrations), and improve risk and compliance outcomes (fraud prevention, KYC/KYB, AML). Design trustworthy checkout experiences with PCI-DSS compliance, run experiments to measure impact, and collaborate on global go-to-market planning.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive the payment processing roadmap, including intelligent routing and integrations with networks, gateways, and alternative payment methods.
•Partner with legal and compliance to optimize transaction authorization rates while maintaining fraud prevention, KYC/KYB, and AML controls.
•Design and optimize seamless, trustworthy checkout experiences while maintaining PCI-DSS compliance.
•Lead prioritization of opportunities and solutions based on company KPIs, and measure/iterate using experimentation to improve launched products.
•Collaborate with design, research, and consumer teams globally, owning stakeholder communication and supporting go-to-market strategy planning.
