FE Metals Inspector I

Inspect incoming scrap metal to verify quality and quantity specifications while ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Record inspection data (e.g., weight, grade, content, quantity), coordinate with supervisors to address issues, and support safe, orderly unloading within the facility. This role also backs up yard operations, reports equipment malfunctions, and contributes to internal controls and ongoing process improvements.
