Assistant Manager - Supply Finance Business Partner

Partner with plant and supply teams to steer financial planning and performance. Prepare monthly plant MIS, cost reports, variance analysis, budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial projections. Monitor manufacturing costs, overheads, inventory reconciliation, and drive cost-reduction initiatives. Own month-end and year-end closing, manage Capex/CWIP and depreciation, and support internal, statutory, and cost audits while ensuring compliance with financial controls, SOPs, and policies.
