Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute multi-year global commodity and sourcing strategies across direct and indirect supply chain domains.
  • •Build, mentor, and lead a global strategic sourcing organization and procurement/supply chain teams.
  • •Serve as executive sponsor for Tier 1 suppliers and contract manufacturers; establish alliances, development agreements, and performance management systems (QBRs, KPIs, scorecards).
  • •Partner with hardware, systems, and advanced manufacturing to enable design-for-supply-chain, drive early supplier involvement in NPI, and support scaled mass production.
  • •Lead negotiations for MSAs, development agreements, LTSAs, and complex SOWs; mitigate supply risks with dual-sourcing and buffer inventory models and optimize value using should-cost and TCO analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related technical discipline.
  • •12+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, global commodity management, or supply chain leadership in complex hardware manufacturing environments.
  • •8+ years building, managing, and scaling high-performing procurement or supply chain teams.
  • •Expertise negotiating enterprise-level agreements across diverse commodity portfolios and managing supplier lifecycles.
  • •Deep experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) workflows and scaling from prototype to high-rate production.
