Key Responsibilities

  • •Be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, managing their service needs day to day and addressing questions/issues.
  • •Respond to client requests by coordinating internal teams to deliver accurate answers within agreed timeframes.
  • •Serve as escalation point for Operations or offshore Client Service teams on transaction topics and help resolve legacy/complex issues via appropriate channels.
  • •Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understand client needs, and ensure service delivery aligns with expectations.
  • •Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide required information/reporting; support change management and continuous improvement for client processes and systems, including onboarding/BAU when applicable.
