Job Summary

Provide phone-based service support for self-directed brokerage clients and financial advisor account holders as part of Investment Client Care. Investigate account and transaction records, assist with investment forms and fund transfers, handle inquiries on tax documents and statements, and support clients with the digital investment platform (WealthScape transitioning to Scivantage). Maintain FINRA-required knowledge and serve as the client advocate while managing risk.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide service support via phone to self-directed brokerage clients and financial advisor account holders, escalating complex issues to management.
•Research account and transaction records to resolve discrepancies and answer questions or provide documentation.
•Conduct outbound client calls to follow up and resolve inquiries.
•Assist clients with investment forms, transferring funds, distributions, and respond to questions about tax documents, trade confirmations, and monthly investment statements.
•Act as the priority contact for the digital investment platform (WealthScape; future Scivantage), and refer investment opportunities to the Client Advisory Center when aligned with client needs.

Key Requirements

•Hold FINRA Series 7 & Series 63 or 66 and maintain continuing education to keep licenses in good standing (or have at least one and obtain the other during employment).
•Two or more years of call center experience or experience in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
•Proficiency in written and verbal communications.
•Proficient with basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
•Experience with brokerage and digital applications including WealthScape, Advisor Desktop, Cashiering, SNAP, and Channelink.
