Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the global workforce planning cycle, building supply/demand models across business segments, functions, and geographies.
  • •Own people analytics, including dashboards, predictive models, and self-service reporting for HR and business leaders.
  • •Build workforce planning methodology (frameworks, cadence, governance) aligned to the operating model.
  • •Develop scenario models to support restructuring, transformation, and strategic redeployment decisions.
  • •Establish data governance standards for people data and support headcount transparency during organisational change.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in workforce planning, people analytics, or HR data roles, with 3–5+ years at manager level in a large, complex, global organisation.
  • •Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency in Power BI/Tableau and Excel, plus workforce planning tools.
  • •Experience using Workday and Workday Adaptive.
  • •Experience supporting business transformation, restructuring, or cost optimisation programmes through workforce data.
  • •Solid understanding of UK and/or Irish employment law and data privacy legislation (UK GDPR / EU GDPR).
