Assistant Store Manager, UGG

Partner with the Store Manager to run day-to-day store operations and ensure alignment with company, employee, and community needs. Develop and engage team members, maintain high training standards, and deliver excellent customer service. Help achieve budgeted revenue goals while supporting sales, visual merchandising, inventory management, and store administration. Manage opening/closing, labor scheduling, store security systems, and act as Store Manager in their absence.
