Senior Supervisor, Fraud Deposit Services

Supervise the Anomaly Detection Unit (ADU) team, providing hands-on leadership to analyze suspected fraudulent transactions across multiple payment types. Manage daily workflow and escalations, monitor fraud trends, and recommend process improvements to improve detection efficiency and reduce losses. Serve as the escalation point for complex fraud cases, coach team members, and support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management while staying current on regulations and best practices.
