Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the Store Leader to maximize store productivity and profitability through leadership and operational excellence.
  • •Lead omni-channel and virtual selling, model service/selling standards, and ensure effective clienteling, loyalty outreach, and customer data capture.
  • •Recruit, onboard, and develop associates; coach and manage underperformance; act as Store Leader in their absence.
  • •Own store sales plans and forecasts, create action plans, and coach to KPI targets (traffic, conversion, UPT, AUR).
  • •Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, facility security, schedules/payroll budgets, compliance, loss prevention, and inventory accuracy (including cycle counts and shipments).
