Job Summary

Drive profitable revenue and market growth for railing materials within a defined territory. Serve existing customers and expand through both new dealer/contractor partnerships and new account acquisition using Oldcastle RDI products and strategies. Lead consultative product and industry expertise, maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities, support pricing and product rollouts, and coordinate with inside sales to ensure order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

•Achieve sales revenue and profitability targets within the assigned territory.
•Serve as a product, industry, and brand expert in a consultative manner to develop business in each marketplace.
•Grow the marketplace by managing existing accounts and adding new dealer and contractor business.
•Maintain an active sales pipeline of opportunities/objectives to sell more or new products to existing customers and acquire new dealers/customers.
•Travel within the territory to target and acquire new customers, create dealer markets, service the customer base, and attend customer events/tradeshows.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in railing or another building-materials industry.
•Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business or a related field (preferred).
•Knowledge or ability to help customers design, quote, and price custom-build fence or railing projects.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
•Ability to travel up to 50% and lift up to 25 lbs.
