Key Responsibilities

  • •Support execution and ongoing enhancement of Barracuda’s global partner program aligned to business and channel priorities.
  • •Implement partner engagement initiatives to drive partner productivity, growth, and satisfaction.
  • •Manage day-to-day ownership of the PRM platform, including configuration, content, workflow improvements, and usage analytics with internal teams and vendors.
  • •Support partner onboarding, communications, and events, including coordination for Partner Advisory Board meetings and follow-up actions.
  • •Track and analyze partner program and PRM performance metrics to identify improvements and measure ROI for channel activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in partner programs or partner/distribution management roles.
