Job Summary

Lead the design and management of Barracuda’s global partner programs and PRM platform, driving partner productivity, satisfaction, and ROI. Collaborate cross-functionally, onboard partners, analyze program performance, and scale best practices globally while coordinating with channel teams, marketing, and sales to deliver a seamless partner experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the execution and ongoing enhancement of Barracuda’s global partner program, ensuring alignment with business and channel priorities.
•Implement partner engagement initiatives that drive partner productivity, partner growth, and partner satisfaction.
•Manage day-to-day business ownership of Barracuda’s PRM platform, including configuration updates, content changes, workflow improvements, usage analytics, and coordination with internal teams and vendors.
•Support partner onboarding, communications, and events, and assist in coordinating Partner Advisory Board meetings and related follow-up actions.
•Track and analyze partner program and PRM performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities, inform decision-making, and help measure ROI for channel activities.

•Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
•5+ years of experience in partner programs, partner or distribution management roles, or related roles
•Strong knowledge of partner program management, business development, and sales processes

•Experience with PRM and CRM platforms (e.g., Impartner, Salesforce) preferred
