Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategic corporate financing and pave the way for future transaction execution, including forward flow and term ABS.
  • •Design structured financing formats and execute new (debt) financings end to end from term sheet through closing.
  • •Own relationships with financing banks, develop reporting standards, and prepare/run Q&A sessions as a trusted counterpart.
  • •Take responsibility for financing planning in close coordination with Fleet Strategy and Fleet Operations leaders.
  • •Partner with Data, Controlling, and business teams to improve core reporting reliability and close data-quality gaps before investors, banks, or the board.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience structuring and executing corporate financings (ideally asset financing) or corporate lending at a bank.
  • •Degree in business administration, finance, or a comparable field.
  • •Experience owning/driving data quality and reporting quality for reliable reporting at scale.
  • •Enjoyment working with contractual, tax, economic, and accounting matters and complex financing structures.
  • •Fluent English required; strong analytical and communication skills; German fluency appreciated.
