Key Responsibilities

  • •Review Business Requirements Specifications and develop function specifications for development and/or test cases covering the scope.
  • •Analyze business processes and map business requirements to system behavior.
  • •Perform test scope analysis and support regression testing activities.
  • •Manage defect life cycle and provide execution status reporting.
  • •Coordinate with systems analysts and programmers, track and document changes to specifications, and assist with user documentation and training.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
  • •Minimum 5+ years of continuous experience with the Finastra EQUATION Core Banking System, including support and implementation.
  • •Review BRS (Business Requirements Specifications) and prepare function specifications for development and test cases.
  • •Experience in test scope analysis and regression testing, including defect life cycle management and execution status reporting.
  • •Understanding of systems integration with Core Banking systems and in-depth experience with Core banking and loan administration systems.
