Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and maintain full-stack Vertical Solutions products leveraging AI coding assistants.
  • •Write production-quality code and enhance the development workflow using AI tools like Claude and GitHub Copilot.
  • •Prototype ideas with real customers and turn validated concepts into production systems.
  • •Design evaluations and measure system quality against real customer data while shipping responsibly for non-deterministic systems.
  • •Contribute to highly scalable, reliable distributed systems for enterprise AI automation orchestration.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of software engineering experience, with 4+ years focused on distributed systems and backend architecture.
  • •Strong full-stack knowledge across frontend (React) and backend systems (Python and/or C#), with willingness to work across both.
  • •Experience building production AI systems including LLMs, tool-calling, multi-agent architectures, orchestration frameworks (LangGraph/LangChain or equivalent), structured outputs, and evaluation in real workflows.
  • •Proficiency in system-level languages such as JavaScript, C#, or Java, plus REST/GraphQL API and UI integration experience.
  • •Hands-on cloud and infrastructure experience including Azure/AWS/GCP and containerization/orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes (or equivalent).
